I don't need the phone to call/text etc. But if I could use it for WhatsApp video calls and can put a VPN on there from the Google play store that's all I need
Mainly a house phone to keep in contact with the kids while I'm on trips way.
If I can do this, should I activate the phone? Will any phone do?
