1 - Toilet is “loose,” but no leaks 2 - Several tiles on the roof are cracked (Phoenix) 3 - Several tiles in the bathroom are cracked 4 - One burner on the gas stove won’t light 5 - Lots of new caulking needed for the bathroomWould any of these worry you guys? Are they relatively easy diy repairs? I feel somewhat handy, have fixed multiple house things in the last using this community and YouTube videos, but I do have limited experience.
