My partner and I are moving into our first apartment together next month. Neither of us own any furniture/major house appliances as we've only lived with parents or student accommodation in the past. We don't have a very big budget to start off with but we plan to upgrade what we start with through the years. Are there any bifl bits that won't break the bank that people recommend to start with? And any that you would recommend for as soon as we can afford?
Our no.1 priority is a good mattress/bed frame as we both suffer from bad backs.
The flat come with fridge freezer, oven hob and washing machine but nothing else.
