Hey guys,
Me and a few friends periodically do investments together where the min is above what one of us can afford so we're making an LLC (attorney drafting now).
Wondering what the best bank to use is (WF notoriously hard to open accounts with, we don't all want to walk in and sign).
Also how to handle quarterly distributions. No one volunteering to log in each quarter and send the ACH payments to each of us so is there a service that can do this for us? Could give a CPA access I suppose?
