I'm in the process of making a wooden chest and I need to put on some metal brackets, hinges and handles like thisI can't find anything other than the chrome/silver color so I'm thinking to just spray paint them. Is this going to to wear off easily, especially the handles that will have more physical contact? Do I need to spray a coating of some kind of primer first? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2DuuDrN
