As title states my wife bought clothes on a website that clearly is a cheap Chinese retailer posing as brand name clothes sellers. As soon as she realized this she emailed and asked to have her order canceled (in the time frame the website said was necessary to cancel). They emailed back this morning and said (in broken English with Chinese all over) that they’ve already shipped the item and can’t cancel and if we don’t want it just refuse the package.
Is this something I can report to my credit card capital one and get a refund given I probably won’t get one from the website?
Should I be canceling my credit card for safety purposes?
