Which card should I pay off first?

I have 2 credit cards to pay off. Card A has a balance of 12k and Card B has a balance of 3k, but with about 8% higher interest rate. I can throw and extra $500 over either minimum. My thought is to try and pay off Card B and then work on Card A....
