More of a logistics challenge here. I am in California and I have a room attached to my master. I want to build a separate/independent entrance so that it may be a 3rd bedroom one day in the future (4-5 years from now). I am seeing 2 options (see below). What do you think? Thanks for your input!1) Do I need to pull a permit now to ensure that this is considered a 3rd bedroom in the future when I make the full transition (ie add closets, etc)?2) Or do I pull permit in the future (after door build) when I add closets? via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2vk0JSB
