I've been at the same company for 5 years and feel like it would be very hard to find a company that pays what I'm making now. However, that seems to go against all experience on this sub.
How can I be sure what market rate truly is to make sure my gut feel is accurate? Salary.com feels a bit too generic but maybe the obvious answer is the best.
