I was struggling with my computer slowing down and locking up every couple of hours when web browsing. I realized chrome and firefox were consuming more and more RAM and CPU until it would finally just lock up. I was going to purchase a new machine or at least upgrade my CPU, but then I found out about another web browser called Brave. It's founded by one of the cofounders of firefox. It lowered my CPU and RAM usage dramatically and now I imagine I'll be able to hold off for another 5 years.
