Hello all! A quick introduction about me, I am 31 years of age making at least $1100/weekly ($57200/yr) in net wages. I'm single with no children and looking to make my first big purchase of a condominium in the Philippines. My intent is to furnish the unit and make it available to rent out and for family use. Right now, I currently have $3000 in credit card debt but no other substantial loans. I have family in the area that can co-sign (sign paperwork) but I plan on staying in the US to finance the unit. The unit itself cost an est. $95K. Not including the amount of furnishing. Before I think of buying, what are my considerations? Thank you in advance! I kept my post TL;DR
