I need some advice. I'll try to keep this short:

Basically, I want to be rich so I don't lay on my deathbed knowing I didn't get the things I desired. I won't sugarcoat anything: one day, I want to own a house that, based on my preferences, would cost around $1.5 M. I want a Mercedes Maybach ($190k), maybe a Lamborghini ($350k +), and I want to travel lavishly (I dream to go to NYC during Christmas and stay in a 5-star hotel while going to world-class restaurants like Eleven Madison Park and Per Se). This is why my life has been consumed by school. I want to go to a good college so I can one day work up the ladder in business to make $500k per year. I KNOW I can do it. I don't care if that takes 20 years. It's my goal. But is it worth it?

Now, I have ABSOLUTELY no interest in business. The only careers that interest me in the slightest are ones in law enforcement or military, but they don't make jack, and I'd likely have to live somewhere I don't want to. Should I go to school to go into business just for money? This is a LIFELONG commitment. What should I do?
