We live in a rental townhouse and have a 4 foot chain link fence separating us from the neighbours. Our neighbours like to enjoy their backyard as well as we like to enjoys ours. For some reason every second row of fencing has a tall white fence for privacy. We are looking to either add on to the chain link fence or have a separate structure next to the fence. Looking to add height to the fence. Neither can be permanent due to it being a rental. It also can get quite windy where we live so it would need to be sturdy.
