How negative do you guys think this will be on $BUD? Think its worth it to sell now and wait for a drop to buy back in?

Edit: For clarity, Patagonia Provisions (PP for short), a consumable goods child company of the well known clothing company, has a beer that they sell under the name "Long Root". BUD is being sued because they're now trying to sell a beer named Patagonia Cerveza, and brand it very similar to how PP is branding Long Root. It's based on trademark infringement and seems like a very legitimate claim from my point of view, as someone with no legal background whatsoever.
