I live in Orange county, my brother and my adopted brother are moving out along with a friend of mine and maybe even 1 more person. All of us have income averaging at about ~$1,000 every month. We have been doing extensive research, but are still quite confused. We are curious at the expenses that we will be paying. We know that we will have a loan, a mortgage, potential lot payments, utilities and other things such as insurance. With this in mind, what other expenses are possible? And if so, what would that accumulate to on a monthly basis? Anything helps really, but not website links. We have a lot of websites, but they don't quite give the direct advice/guidance that we're looking for. Also, what things should we come prepared with? Things that do not relate to finances, what could they be and how do we apply them?
TL;DR: What are the things we should be aware if paying for and how much a month should we be prepared to pay in Orange County? What are some other non-financial things should we prepare?
