hello ladies and gents... both of my bathroom faucets produce a loud hissing noise. it has been like this for as long as i can remember. i live in an apartment, 30 years old. i have one of these faucets, single handle with two holes underneath. is this a faucet issue? if i buy new faucets will it rectify this?audio of hissing sound via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2Gxj3OJ
