is it worth having international exposure in my overall portfolio? if so how much for 26 yr old?

i currently only have 7% exposure to international and 3 % bonds vs rest US equities (VEXAX,VTSAX,VFIAX,VFORX,VTRT60) i keep researching but over the past 10 yrs plus US stocks has out perform. Should i raise my international exposure ( buying VT) or keep it as it is
