I’m single, unemployed, and surviving on disability from the VA. I’m ineligible to contribute to my Roth as long as I’m unemployed and I don’t see myself being able to work in the near future. I don’t really understand how to invest outside of a retirement account, but I want to save for retirement or start investing. I haven’t been able to find a retirement account I’d be eligible for. Any helpful, respectful, thoughtful advice?
