I use hot glue guns to paste tiny electronics to plastics and glass, but even the smallest glue gun I have (AdTech Precison Pro) has a bore of 2mm. I need something that is at least half that diameter, if not less.I've scoured hardware stores, craft shops and the internet, but it's complicated by most general purpose hot glue guns not dealing with tasks this tiny. They also don't use metric to measure the gauge of the tip, if they report the tip size at all.I've also attempted to use a smaller bore by appropriating hypodermic needle tips and even dropping hot glue into hypodermic tube. This was disastrous because the glue cools so quickly it plugs up the plastic tips, yet it's so hot it will melt the plastic of the hypodermic needle when you drip it in (alongside instantly hardening before it can be forced out the smaller gauge).I'm looking to see if anyone has worked with a model hot glue gun that has a smaller gauge. I can do this job without a small gun, but it takes days to get right versus seconds if I had a gun small enough to reach into the tiny cracks I need to seal up. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2ZfuL86
