Between 80% ground beef and 80% beef patties, is there a difference?
I've noticed that beef patties are slightly cheaper than gound beef at the store. It's preportioned and easier to handle so I've been buying them whenever I need ground beef. I don't notice any taste difference...
Is there a difference, though? Other than the shape? Why would it be cheaper?
