When doing a DCF for a company, do i use the 10-year Bond rate of my country or the home country of the company?
For example: do I use the US 10-year Bond rate for SAP or the 10-year German Bond rate since SAP is a German company.
My understanding is that I need to use the US 10-year Bond since ultimately thats where the investment is taking place. But please correct me if I am wrong.
