So I figured I might as well ask away on reddit for the first time, because I'm really searching for some answers here on how to make money realistically as a newbie in stock market/trading/investing. I just want to dab into it first and see where it would take me.
Here's some background info.
- How old are you? - 25
- Where are you from? - I'm from the Philippines. But I want to invest internationally. Just really don't know where to start.
- Are you employed/making income? How much? - Yes, not worried about this. Just looking to get my feet wet in investing.
- What are your objectives with this money? (buy a house? Retirement savings?) - Extra income.
- What is your risk tolerance? (Do you mind risking it at blackjack or do you need to know its 100% safe?) - not very high risk tolerance. I'd say I need to know its about 75-85% safe at least. (But I wouldn't really know.)
- What are you current holdings? (Do you already have exposure to specific funds and sectors?) - no exposure at all.
- Any other assets? House paid off? Cars? Expensive significant other? - everything paid off. not living luxuriously, yet.
- What is your time horizon? Do you need this money next month? Next 20yrs? - ideally, i'd like to make $20 a day, or anywhere from $600-900 per month.
- Any big debts? - none.
- Any other relevant financial information will be useful to give you a proper answer.
