so im about 50% it’s the starter today.. but two weeks ago it was the “v tec gasket” and 3 weeks ago it was the relay for the blinker... all easy fixes but am i stupid for buying this car? read below for the full story.

the paint job is bad but that didn’t bother me since i needed a car with no oil leaks or transmission leaks. the inside was good condition for its age. the ac and heater work. i wanted a car with low millage. it was 108,667 miles on it when i went to go look at it. 4k plus 250 in tax was paid. that was all my savings and now i think i regret it.

with in the first two weeks i had to replace the relay for the blinker.. then i got in oil change and was told it had a minor leak. walmart doesn’t tell you where it’s coming from since they’re so cheap they just let you know somethings wrong with it.

i took it to him and he said it was a gasket leak coming from the v tec so he fixed it.

okay so now today almost a month later i get into my car to crank it and it won’t start. the head lights turn on and so does the dash board so i don’t think it’s the battery. i’m pretty sure it’s the starter. my question is should i try to legally do something about this?

i wonder if i can get my money back. it just seems like so many little issues and i don’t want something bad to happen eventually.

i’m 21 so i’m dumb and i didn’t think about getting it checked out by another mechanic since i was buying from someone who is a mechanic and has a shop.

TLRD; sorry for any mistakes im at work. bought a used honda accord with 108k miles on it for and its having so many minor issues. asking for advice on getting my money back or if it’s worth keeping. i don’t know at this point honestly.
