I've heard that most of the 12 volt tire inflators are not really good on your tires due to moisture not being filtered or something involving moisture and dirt from being filtered properly. Anyway, I purchased a Firestone air inflator for $10 but not sure if I should return it or not.
There's a free air station at the gas station not too far from me but in an emergency situation that won't help and even though I have free roadside assistance, having the independence of refilling a tire with air is awesome. Are the 12v tire inflators harmful to tires?
