Single, 18, about to go to college and work part-time. Have about ~$1700 that I want to invest into my first Roth IRA account. I’ve done a decent bit of research but need a bit of direction.
I’m probably deciding between Vanguard, Ally, Wealthfront, or Betterment. I’m new to this all but Vanguard’s outdated website really kind of turns me off. Also I’m not entirely sure of the differences between investing in Stocks/Bonds/ETFs etc..... Should I just stick with a roboadvisor like Wealthfront or Betterment? Are these safe companies long term? What exactly should I do? I don’t like the idea of paying fees on my investments..... seems very counter-intuitive.
