Here in the UK we have some unseasonably warm weather which got me thinking about summer when it's hot all the time. How do y'all stay cool when it gets hot while still being pretty frugal? Obviously opening all the windows, etc. Sometimes thats not enough. Blasting the AC would be the obvious choice but that can run some pretty high bills. What other options do you guys use?
