I'm 24 and have been a server my whole life thus far. I wasn't able to complete my taxes for 2017 but was a server that year. I recently did my 2018 tax return and got a refund of $900. Two weeks later I was able to finally track down my W2s for 2017 and have submitted them via mail. However I checked my refund status today and received this... I don't have any student debt or child support. I don't have any governmental debt except some restitution that I am currently paying off for some crimes I committed, which I'm not sure my refund can go towards? With the notice I received below, does it mean the WHOLE refund is gone or does it just mean an amount has been applied and I could still receive a refund? Thanks. https://imgur.com/vXafvHg
