Most investment advice suggests someone my age have ~25% international stock allocation (and a couple percent international bond). Each year when I rebalance, though, I keep having to sell us equities and dump more into international stocks because us equities seem to outperform international year after year. This makes me question the orthodoxy and maybe dump all into VTI + my alternatives and bond investments. What’s your approach and why?
