A little back ground we purchased a home in late 2012 in south Texas. The mortgage has a fixed interest rate of 3.25%, but a year or 2 ago the mortgage company sold the mortgage to a different company, and this new company is charging 3.5%. We didn't sign anything or agree to a interest rate change. I know it's not a lot of money but in my eyes that is a breach of contract. What if anything can we do?
