I've trawled a few subreddits to make sure I'm not duplicating anything here, and I think I'm pretty safe. So here goes.
I wondered if anyone here has first hand experience or interest in the US Equity Index fund, through Vanguard UK. What have your experiences been like, from expectations/reality, surprises, etc?
Also, in the context of this fund (which covers over 3000 US equities) how do you feel about the USA's longer term prospects? Is growth sustainable in the face of climate change, population growth, shifting attitudes to capitalism, emerging markets? A big ask, I know!
