I read on a post here someone recommending to ask for the recording of a call made to customer service if before the call they stated "this call may be recorded for quality and training purposes" or something similar. Has anyone tried the opposite and recorded their call with customer service and read them a disclaimer? Is it legal for a consumer to record the phone call? Seems like it would be useful for documentation. Your thoughts?
