I don’t expect this post to gain much attention, but I wanted to share one of my main sources of happiness over the past few months.
I used to have many different socks and underwear that I had to match after washing and keep together in my otherwise small wardrobe. I don’t have clothes constraints from my work, so I decided to buy 20 pairs of the same black all-purpose cheap socks, and the same for my underwear.
My washing has simplified tons. I don’t have to pair them after washing since they all go together. I don’t have to count them since it losing one doesn’t matter when you have 40. I don’t have to think about which ones to put on.m every day. Same about my underwear.
I just wanted to share this in case someone finds it useful or has a similar approach.
