Hi all,

Quick briefing; 31 year old male interested in a long term stock market and retirement investment portfolio.

Currently, I have an IRA I maximally contribute to every year and a small pension through my union.

I’m wondering what other options I should consider to park some of my roughly $75k in savings.

I’ve considered a Roth IRA bc although I made over 125k last year, I don’t predict I will make >125k for the next two years. I do, however, belief there is a strong possibility I will be making more than 125k within the next 3-5 years, so I am wondering if a Roth IRA is a good vehicle to contribute towards this year.

I’m also looking into investing 10-15k in low fee ETFs and index funds (this year), which I plan to let sit for years with a moderate risk tolerance; but I’m worried about the current market volatility and the slowing economy..

Any help with investment vehicle options, like bonds or high yet savings for example, is greatly appreciated!

Thanks
