So the 4 of us come down, fix my grandmother's house from years of hoarding, painting, cleaning, etc. My dad was the poa but they had a terrible fall out once she went to the hospital. Shes been abusing opiates for 30 years, so her head is like jello, old age, all that is kicking it. So he and his girlfriend are leaving her house, but he says I can stay here because she has no issue with me or anything like that. Anything I need to be aware of or I'm missing out on? Sure I can stay here and catch the bills, but am I jeaopordizing my life in any way?
