So, there was me minding my own business scrolling through reddit.. until I stumbled across this subreddit. Already hooked in 24 hours I NEED to adopt this frugal lifestyle to help myself actually live. You guys have an incredible community and was hoping for a few starter tips for someone who is very deep in bad spending habits that I'm becoming more, and more guilty for reading through this sub.
Right now I am sofa surfing my way through life, with just under £200 to my name every month. I have plans to quit cold Turkey with smoking (some of your posts about making it into the years without having a smoke genuinely motivated me enough to do the same) and I feel the urge to bargain hunt as best as I can, all while not buying s*** I don't need!
Any tips would go a long way, also any apps that help with budgeting, buying, watching sales on particular items seem necessary
can you guys help rid of so many bad financial decisions I may make in the future, and instead turn me into a Frugal being!
