Hi there,I'm making a shape sorter box (kind of like this one), and I want to put magnet in the lid to hold it shut. Problem is, I have no idea what kind of magnet to use for this. They'll need to smaller than about 1/2 an inch in diameter, and also strong enough to hold the lid shut while the one-year-old recipient is playing with it (and likely tossing it about and generally abusing it) but not too strong, like those crazy neodymium magnets, that it would hurt one-year-old fingies if they get caught under the lid. I have no idea a) how to tell how strong magnets that I'm seeing on Amazon are and b) what strength is appropriate for this kind of a project.Has anyone used magnets for something like this, and can anyone recommend a specific brand/model/whatever?Thanks! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2HsmyXG
