Im 28 and have never been in charge of my own finances its always been "our money" since we were in highschool. I recently started a new job making 27k plus commisions. Im hoping to atain atleast another 10k there. My living arrangement is fantaticly cheap. My rent is only $700 a month total and my electricity runs around 150 a month(with both of us in the house) and i work for my cable provider and receive compensation of full services. And water is on a well. I think i can stay here. I am primarily looking for advice in how to spend these 3 months financially responsible and more importanly build a cushion i can have for myself. I have never been good with saving money and never felt like i could acomplish it. With that being said, I am ready for this. I will come out on top. I just am hoping someone on here can steer me in the right direction for financial saving but to also keep my money in MY pocket. Thanks in advance.
