Hi!..I work as a Software Engineer in a big consultancy company in the US. I am not a citizen, but I have a work permit.
I am listing below my assests. I would like to know different ways of investing while having assests in India and USA.
Assests:
In India:
Apartment/Flat in India worth - $150,000
Cash in India - $ 30,000
Inheritance - $300,000(property and cash)
Monthly Income from rent - $500
in USA:
401K - $60,000
Car paid off
Stocks - $25,000
No house in USA. Currently living as a tenant.
No liabilities.
I live with my wife and a small son. I love my family :)
I manage to save $1000 per month in USA and $500 in India as rental income.
