I realized recently since I have a large amount of money to invest (30k) I've come to the conclusion after building a decent diversified portfolio that it will drop in the recession.
But if I instead invest with a 2 year plan in recession proof goodies I can sell when the recession hits then move my portfolio deep into equities when everything is at discount I could heavily increase my wealth.
What are some good recession proof decent return investments? I'm thinking bond ETFs, stocks like Coca Cola, and REITs.
