I’m 19 and have about 15k Ive been saving up from since I was 16 and I plan on make 10k in the next 2 years (I’m in college). Obviously every investment has some level of risk but investing in property seems better to me rather than investing stocks bc although not all, more things are in your control. I’ve been learning about stocks for a few months from reading books to watching videos and I invest in penny stocks but I never understand it to a the point where I make real money no matter how hard I try. Is it me, or do you think owning property is better? Even though it’s not much, I worked really hard for that while in school and am okay with taking risks and want to maximize my potential.
