I am trying to build DIY hip thruster from wood.Typical hip thruster looks like that:https://i.redd.it/sp1cizcq8ap21.jpgI need to mimic these resistance band holders:https://i.redd.it/li80w92n8ap21.pngI already have steel ties and I am thinking about to build resistance band holder with these steel ties but I don't think this idea will be safe.I am thinking about to install two steel tie with 6 screws.
