Hey everyone, so I buy quite a lot of clothes at fashion nova and have never had any issues other than a few items arriving too large. I absolutely adore their brand because you can get so many items for such a good price. I have a rack full of dresses i've purcahsed from there that were all under $15! Anyway, a month ago yesterday I placed a fairly large order and it never arrived, but smaller orders I made after the fact did. Because I live in Canada I can't track my shipment. The tracking code they provide only shows that the package made it to the country. Once it's here, the tracking goes dead, and there are no updates as to where in the country it is, when it will arrive, etc.
I've sent multiple inquiries through their website and haven't heard anything back.
Has anyone else had this issue, either with Canada shipping or just not getting an order you placed? Is there some secret way that I can find a Canadian tracking number linked to my parcel? Another way to contact them? If you did have this issue, did you ever get your package? It's not the end of the world if it doesn't come, but I do at least want store credit back. Because i've never had any issues with them I don't know if they do this. I'm hoping they don't just say "sorry, it's out of our hands" and I lose the money and the clothes. I want either my clothes, money back or store credit but I don't know how good their customer service is.
