I just received a unique offer code in my email about 30 minutes ago. Unfortunately it can't be used in conjunction with CT's "special" pricing (googling TM Lewin and applying the 3-shirts-for-$99 trick doesn't work allow promo codes), but I just bought a $49 tie from CT and only had to pay the $12.95 shipping. Hopefully others on the CT mailing list got the code as well!
