I’ve used the search function and read many post about HYSA in this community, seems everyone really likes Ally Bank for customer service, great mobile app and easy no hassle transfers. When I research outside of Reddit almost every review is horror story. I have a 15K emergency fund that I'm looking to park. Was leaning towards Ally but now not sure. Easy transfers are a must, mobile app and customer would be a big bonus. What do you guys recommend?
I looked at CiT but seems nobody can access there account online and mobile app not capable of making transfers.
Marcus by Goldman Sachs seems to be limited to website with no mobile app with many reviews stating poor customer service and accounts being Frozen for one reason or anothe.
Again sorry to post about a subject that seems to be posted about every other day be actual customer feedback appreciated.
I'm looking to making transfers into this account at least twice a month from another institution and transfer out without fuss when and if the time comes. Thanks in advance.
