We are 30 and 35 with one child. We want in-person unbiased advise on our savings, what to do with our money, advice on properties we may invest in, our current investments. Plus someone to reinforce the need for emergency funds and budgeting. Mainly the reinforcement is for my partner. I’m probably too conservative with my money but he is too careless. Need someone besides me to badger him about it lol.
Probably would want to do a once per year check in.
Spoke with a financial adviser, he doesn’t really do hourly consultations but he said he would do some research on what to charge and suggested I research as well on what I might think is fair to pay.
Edit I don’t need money management. We already have 401ks through our employers with fidelity
