I signed up for a time share with Welk Resorts on Saturday after having done no research aside from hearing their sales pitch. I am trying to figure out how to get out of it cleanly and want to make sure I do it right.
I paid $3350 for the deposit and it is for an ownership in the Welk Resorts Platinum Program. There is documentation they provided allowing me to cancel the timeshare and get my deposit back if I send things in within 7 days of purchase.
