Washington Post — President Trump said “substantial progress” and “productive talks” over recent days had led him to postpone a plan to increase tariffs on Chinese imports that had been scheduled to take effect March 1. He said he was also planning a summit with Chinese President Xi Jinping in Mar-a-Lago to finalize a trade deal if additional progress is made.
