This isn't really a tip or anything, but I've started selling off things on ebay. I needed to declutter anyway and selling is bringing me as much dopamine as shopping would, when I get a bid on something I get a little bit of a high, lol. If that makes any sense. Listing things on ebay has been like a hobby that brings in a little cash. I'm not trying to get rich, I'm selling things cheaper than most, but all that I'm selling was sitting around doing nothing in my basement and would have ended up at good will, so I'm content with getting a few bucks. It's my shopping in reverse with many positive side effects.
