So I’m not sure if this is the right place to go since there are a shit ton of financial subreddits. But basically I was wondering if someone can help me understand exactly how credit works and mainly starting up with it. I’m 19 and I understand the basics behind it but I’m not sure where someone would start off with building it or that sort of thing. Anytime I ask my dad it’s usually something about how I won’t need to worry about that right now and maybe he’s right but I still would like to know how it works since I’ll be worrying about it at some point in the near future. I hope this was clear and understandable, basically I’m wondering what the best way to start building credit is and how it works. Thanks for anyone who helps!
