I've built my first ever desk and after trialing a few different IKEA desk legs, I'm having trouble getting it to not away back and forth when pushed on or when shaken slightly. I do a lot of typing, so this is likely to be an issue in future. The desk is a single slab made up of hardwood boards, with five ikea Adils legs currently supporting it. Here's a pic underneath http://bit.ly/2TuXeTX done some reading and it seems a cross brace on each side would be best for this problem. But what would be the best way to do that? Is there a way to drill into, and attach a brace to these legs?If possible I'd love to keep this desk simple, and as easy to pack down as possible without weakening thread etc. I know that's a lofty goal but hey, why not on my first try! via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2TvVQAy
